MCC 6012

If your merchant category code is 6012, you'll need to provide some additional data with your transaction registration for Visa and Mastercard transactions.

Primary account number that funds will be credited to.
Account holder's date of surname.
Account holder's date of birth.
Account holder's postcode.

You must supply this information even if you are not taking payments related to 6012 activity.
