1. PAPI Guided Flow Updates
1.1 Refined Account Pages
For PAPI Guided Flow, the text instructions on the Account Creation and Account Sign-in pages have been shortened.
1.2 Downloadable Documents
PAPI Guided Flow users can now download zip files of unsigned documents from the Additional Documentation section and signed versions of documents from the Status page.
2. Updated Partner Reports
Jurisdiction-level partner reports now contain a column heading for the Sub-jurisdiction.
The column heading, Boarding Ref Number, has been renamed Unique ID.
3. Activity Fees/Tiers Updated
For all EU GBAPI users, the following Activity Fees/Tiers have been updated.

4. New BLIK Product Available for Poland
The new BLIK product is now available for Poland, and the BLIK Addendum is generated for all Poland PAPI partners.
5. API Improvements
5.1 Constructs for Applicants and Signers Combined
The constructs for applicants and signers have been merged into a single resource. This change significantly simplifies the code to eliminate issues and improve performance for our partners and customers.
5.2 Validation for Document APIs
Validation logic has been added to help users identify errors when using document packet APIs, specifically for:
- Creating documents using createdocumentpacket (Managed Flow users),
- Appending documents using appendgroupdocumentpacket (Guided Flow users), or
- Updating documents using updatedocumentpacket (Guided Flow users).
6. Resolved Issues
6.1 Fix for Checking Status When Closing Browser After Signing
Customers no longer encounter issues checking their application status when quickly closing their browser after signing and submitting an application.
6.2 Fix for Sending Opayo and Converge to HIMMS
Partners can now successfully send Opayo and Converge products to HIMMS.
6.3 Marketing Consent Updated
For PAPI Partners, the marketing opt in/opt out selections are now correctly represented in the Merchant Agreement.
Partners now only see the marketing consent section once instead of twice.
