1. OAuth2 Authentication Now Recognised
All PAPI operations may now optionally be used with OAuth2 authentication instead of Basic Authentication.
2. Error Displayed when Submitting Different Data with Same Unique ID for PAPI Stateless Flow
PAPI Stateless Flow users now get an error message when trying to make more than one board attempt using the same uniqueId but with different data.
3. Refined Error Messages for Card Exception Validation
The error messages for Card Exception validations have been refined. PAPI users will receive the following error messages when there is Card Exception error in a boarding application.

4. Opayo Contract for Opayo eCommerce Package in UK and Ireland
An update has been made so that when UK and Ireland PAPI users board customers with any of the following Opayo eCommerce packages,
- UK – Opayo Flex, Opayo Flex Annual, Opayo Plus, and Opayo Virtual
- Ireland – Opayo Flex, Opayo Plus, and Opayo Virtual
a link to a single Opayo contract will be displayed on the eSign and review page for the customers to view. The previous “Opayo Terms of Service” has been removed from eSign and review page.
5. Updates for Proposition for UK and Ireland
Previously Proposition bundles were not transparent to customers. In this release an update was made to ensure that the Merchant Agreement and Terminal Hire Agreement include PCI package in the overall cost of the package and where terminal rental is included.
New elements smeBundleInfo, equipmentProposition, bundleEquipmentCodes, and propositionIndicator have been introduced to the PAPI payloads to capture information regarding Proposition bundle. Refer to eBoarding API Reference for more details.
6. Updated Merchant Agreement for UK, Ireland, and Poland
6.1 Higher Risk Additional Loading Table and Statements for UK, Ireland, and Poland
For UK, Ireland, and Poland PAPI users, the Schedule of Fees (SOF) in Merchant Agreement has been updated. For both Unsigned/Signed Merchant Agreement, previously the Higher Risk Additional Loading (HRL) table was displayed in the SOF after all cards were displayed. Now, the HRL table is displayed after all Non-EEA Mastercard/Maestro card, and then followed by the Exotic Cards.
A new sentence “This rate only applies to MasterCard/Maestro and Visa cards” has also been added. The existing sentence “MSC includes interchange and card scheme fees” is now updated to “Simplified MSC includes interchange and card scheme fees”.
6.2 New Legal Wording for Simplified Pricing and BLIK for Poland
For Poland PAPI users, when new application is submitted with Simplified MSC or BLIK selected, additional legal wordings are added in the Schedule of Fees in both Unsigned/Signed Merchant Agreement.
7. New POS Fee Added for Poland
The following new POS fee is added for Poland PAPI users.

8. Simplified Pricing Program in Germany and Sweden
The new Monetary Pricing Programs 19000 SIMPLIFIED MSC – TIERED for Germany, and 19003 SIMPLIFIED MSC – TIERED for Sweden have been added and are ready for use.
When applications are submitted with the new Simplified MSC, users can see the MSC Table and related legal wordings of Simplified Pricing in Schedule of Fees in the Unsigned/Signed Merchant Agreement. An updated Terms of Service (TOS) will also be generated.
9. Maximum Length of BAX Number Updated for Nordics
When Norway, Denmark, Finland, and Sweden PAPI users submit boarding applications, the BAX Number for Nets in the Equipment section now accepts a maximum of 7 digits, rather than 6 digits previously.
