June 2022 Release (R49.1)

We have improved our eBoarding API experience including:

  1. Additional Disclaimer for VAT Invoice Statement for Poland
  2. Fixed Customers’ Consent Requirement in Merchant Agreement for Poland

1. Additional Disclaimer for VAT Invoice Statement for Poland

When creating new application in Poland via PAPI, an additional disclaimer for VAT Invoice Statement has been added in Section 10 of the Merchant Agreement. This is to inform customers of the implications for choosing electronic delivery method for Invoice Statement.

2. Fixed Customers’ Consent Requirement in Merchant Agreement for Poland

For Poland PAPI Managed Flow users, a fix has been made so that the marketing consent requirements are updated and the duplicated wordings in the Anti-Money Laundering (AML) consent statement on eSign page is removed.

When boarding Sole Trader or Partnership customers, both checkbox consents to AML and Economic Info are required. When boarding customers other than Sole Trader and Partnership, checkbox consent to AML is required, while consent to Economic Info is disabled. Customers will not be able to submit the applications without ticking the appropriate checkboxes.

After the application is submitted, the customers’ consent will now be correctly reflected in Section 10 of the Merchant Agreement.
