  2. Display Delivery Method Selections in Merchant Agreement for Poland
  3. Updated Terms of Service for Poland
  4. Updated AMEX Letter for Poland Cashless Program

1. Boarding with Opayo eCommerce Package in UK and Ireland

The boarding experience for customers who board with the following Opayo Gateway packages has been enhanced.

  • UK – Opayo Flex, Opayo Flex Annual, Opayo Plus, and Opayo Virtual
  • Ireland – Opayo Flex, Opayo Plus, and Opayo Virtual

Fields are updated to allow applications submitted with Opayo equipment details. The equipment details will then be passed downstream to generate a new Terminal ID, which allows the gateway setup to be completed and makes the boarding process to be seamless. Refer to the E-Commerce list in Product, Value Added Service, and Fee Codes for the corresponding equipment item code and service pricing code.

2. Display Delivery Method Selections in Merchant Agreement for Poland

When creating new application in Poland via PAPI, the chosen delivery methods for VAT Invoice and Billing Statement have been added in Section 9 of the Merchant Agreement. This is to show customers their preferred delivery methods for VAT Invoice and Billing Statement.

3. Updated Terms of Service for Poland

When creating new application in Poland via PAPI, an updated version of the Terms of Service (TOS) will now be generated. Sole Trader or Partnership customers will have the updated TOS for Sole Trader dated in July 2022, while customers other than Sole Trader and Partnership will have the updated standard TOS dated in July 2022. This change is to keep us compliant.

4. Updated AMEX Letter for Poland Cashless Program

When creating new application in Poland via PAPI for customers who signed up for Cashless Program with AMEX, an updated version of the AMEX Letter will be presented to customer, along with all the customer facing documentation. This change is to comply with a new operational rule of Cashless Program in Poland.
