Step 2. Setup for Boarding

In this second step, you develop your relationship with your customer and gather the information required for eBoarding using the Managed Flow.

 

a. Collate your customer’s information and supporting documentation

The exact personal and business information and documentation gathered depends on:

  • Privacy and data protection requirements.
  • The agreed implementation.
  • The data required to complete boarding.

b. Ensure your customer verifies their email address

As soon as your customer confirms their Email Address with their Elavon account, you can go to Step 3.
