Step 2. Setup for Boarding

In this step, you develop your relationship with your customer and gather the information required for eBoarding.

 

a. Collate your customer’s information and supporting documentation

The exact personal and business information and documentation gathered depends on:

  • Privacy and data protection requirements.
  • The agreed implementation.
  • The data required to complete boarding.

b. Confirm the number of business locations to be boarded

You can board one or more of your Merchant’s business locations at one time. For example, one independent store or a chain of stores.

c. Capture data for each business location

When your customer confirms the data for each business location to be boarded, go to Step 3.
