Placing an order with subscription products
You can select products with subscriptions from the store and add them to the cart. After choosing a subscription product, the details can be reviewed by opening the shopping cart.

In cart, you will also find the ‘Recurring Totals’ which contains information about the amounts that must be paid (including also discounts, taxes or handling & shipment – if any of these exists).

When choosing to pay with an already saved card, a message is being displayed: ‘By placing your order, you agree to the recurring charges.’

If paying with a new card is selected, the following message is displayed: ‘Your info and card details will be saved. Subscriptions must be tied to your profile in order to process recurring payments.’ along with ‘By placing your order, you agree to the recurring charges.’

The initial order will contain the list of related Converge subscriptions.
After a transaction with a subscription product is done, you will find the Related Converge Subscription and Renewal Converge Transactions in My Account > My Order > order details view.
View and edit subscriptions
Customers can view their subscriptions by navigating to the following screen: Magento Store > My Account > Converge Subscriptions.

After selecting a subscription, you can view the details about the status, products and related orders and address information. Also, if the status allows, you can change the payment method or cancel the subscription.

Clicking on ‘Change payment method’, will redirect you to a page which contains the Converge subscription number, product, current payment method and changing the payment method section.

Choosing ‘Add New Card’ will open a form in which the new card details can be entered, and after the operation is done, the card is saved in ‘Saved Payment Methods’.

If the status will allow it, cancelling the subscription is done by clicking the ‘Cancel’ button. A pop-up will be displayed containing the following message: ‘Cancelling the subscription will stop all upcoming scheduled payments from processing.’
