Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) is now added to Converge as a security feature. This adds a layer of protection to your accounts against unauthorized access by requiring users to provide additional authentication methods during login.
Converge will roll out MFA in two phases. The first phase will allow you to opt in early to MFA while the second phase will require all users to enroll in MFA. Notifications will be sent via messages within the application.
What’s changing?
Once enrolled, follow the login steps below, which includes the MFA process.
- Enter your Email and Password, then click the Log in button.
- A new window appears where you are asked to enter your 6-digit one-time passcode.
- Your one-time passcode will be delivered to the email address associated with your Converge user account.
- The email will come from noreply@elavon.com with the subject “Converge Login Verification Code”.
- The passcode is only valid for 15 minutes upon generating it. If you do not use the passcode within this period, you will need to generate a new one.
- If you do not receive an email with the passcode or the 15-minute period has expired, click Send New Code to receive a new passcode.
- Once you have entered your passcode, click Submit to complete the login process.
