Converge Overview

Converge is a payments API from Elavon with the following features:

A Full-Featured Transaction API - Create sales to charge money to a shopper's card. Then, track, manage, void, and refund transactions after you've made them.

Secure Checkout Page - Capture customer information with the Hosted Payments Page.

Pay-by-Link - Generate and send links which take customers directly to checkout.

Shopping Cart Plugins - Plugins for easy integration with popular e-commerce platforms like Magento, OpenCart, and WooCommerce.

Easy Currency Conversion - Set up dynamic or multiple currency conversion on your account, then handle either with FOREX Advices.

Save Shopper Information - Store your shoppers and their payment methods in your Converge account to access later.

Recurring Payments - Create recurring payment plans and use stored card information to bill customers on a schedule.

Status Site

Converge outages, scheduled maintenances, and potential authorisation issues are monitored at the Elavon EU status site. You can subscribe to the Converge E-commerce Gateway component of the status site to be immediately notified of any incidents through email. You can opt out of the email notifications and visit the status site instead to check for any issues.

If you are experiencing any issues, go to https://status.elavon.eu/. The status site displays any known issues at the top banner and under the Converge E-commerce Gateway component. An expected resolution time will also be noted.
